  2. Go to your Dashboard
  3. Click "Subscription Management"
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm the cancellation

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew
  • You will not receive a refund for the current billing period
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • You can resubscribe at any time

3.3 No Cancellation Fees

We do not charge any fees for canceling your subscription. You can cancel at any time without penalty (though you won't receive a refund for the current billing period).

4. Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Granted

4.1 Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the Service:
